System Description
ArmorDeck is a two-component, 100%-solids pure polyurea membrane, spray-applied over prepared metal decking in one or two passes to the specified film build. It cures tack-free in seconds, is self-flashing at flute transitions, side-lap fasteners and deck penetrations, and forms a monolithic film with no seams, no primed-vs-unprimed weak points, and no cure-time exposure window. Where UV exposure or reflectivity is part of the scope — exposed walkways, topside roof deck work — a silicone-class topcoat completes the assembly.
